Scope of services
CASolved provides consulting, automation, and workflow support for small and mid-sized teams. Every engagement is tailored to the goals agreed with you at the start of the project.
What we promise
We deliver work to a high professional standard, but outcomes depend on your business, systems, and team. As such, we do not guarantee specific performance improvements or revenue results.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to relevant data, credentials, and decision makers so we can complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring that shared systems and logins are authorised for our use.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you have paid for the services that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
Support model
Ongoing support is provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may end the arrangement with 14 days' notice so we can wrap up open tasks and hand over documentation.
