What we collect
We collect only the details needed to deliver and improve our consulting work:
- Calendly booking information you share when scheduling a call.
- Email messages and attachments you send to us.
- Project files or access credentials you provide while we are working together.
How we use your data
Information is used to plan engagements, deliver agreed services, and keep in touch about ongoing support. We never sell or rent your details.
Tools and processors
We rely on trusted providers to run the business:
- Calendly for call scheduling.
- Google Workspace for email, documents, and file storage.
- Secure project management tools as needed for delivery.
Retention
We keep project records and communications only as long as required to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve billing questions. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
Security
Access to client information is limited to the CASolved team. We use multi-factor authentication, regularly update software, and restrict sharing of files to only the people who need them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or tell us to delete information that is no longer needed. Email us at hello@casolved.com and we'll respond promptly.
