Every business is different, but the problems we solve are often similar. Here are examples of the practical digital solutions we deliver.
Trades — Enquiry to Invoice
- Problem
- quotes and invoices slipping.

- Value
- faster approvals, fewer no-shows, cash in sooner.
Clinic — Intake to Calendar/EHR
- Problem
- re-typing patient details.

- fewer errors, fewer DNAs, calmer reception.
Property Management — Maintenance to Invoice

Accounting — Proposal to First Invoice

About Me
I'm a business efficiency consultant who helps small businesses work smarter, not harder. My background combines enterprise-level analytical experience with practical service design—so I understand both the technical possibilities and real-world constraints of running a business.
I've always enjoyed solving problems—and helping others do the same. Around ten years ago, I started helping people in my local area with technology. Mostly older people who needed a hand setting up phones, using email, or getting online. I also looked after social media for a few community events. I didn't think much of it at the time—it was just something I enjoyed and was good at.
That early interest in tech and problem-solving gradually grew into a real focus on how businesses can use digital tools to work more efficiently and deliver better results. That's what brought me into consulting.
Over the last four years, I worked in digital consulting with EY, mostly on transformation projects in the health and transport sectors. It was brilliant experience—I learned a lot, worked with sharp people, and saw how the right systems can make a real difference.
My background blends business, marketing, and analytics—so I tend to look at problems from a few angles: operations, customer experience, and data. I've always been drawn to practical design—how services actually work in the real world—and I've built a strong toolkit over the years, especially around tools like Power BI and service design methods.
Now, I've decided to work directly with smaller businesses—where the impact is often more immediate, and the solutions need to be more tailored. I focus on helping owners cut through noise and complexity, using the right mix of tools—AI, automation, dashboards, or no-code—to solve the problems that matter.
If you know what's slowing you down, but not how to fix it, I can help you design something lean, smart, and easy to run.
